B&b are private flats or just rooms located in private flats, which are available for being let out. All the accommodations are perfectly comfortable and they have got Atp (Touristic promotion office of Venice) office of Venice’s license for rending.
What does the price per night include ?
Breakfast, that can be served inside the room, in flat’s kitchen or outside, in a close bar.
Clean sheets and blankets and towels.
Cleaning, that happens every fourth day. More specific rules related to using the kitchen or other flat’s own property are at the discretion of accommodation’s owner.
When should I pay?
Just on your arrival cash.
